Our mission is to create and deliver a smooth stress-free customer experience throughout the home transaction process.
We appreciate that there will be hurdles along the way but we are there to consider the vendor and applicant.
Our combined knowledge of the processes of a local property transaction is unsurpassed in the local Estate Agency world.
We aim to provide courteous, prompt and efficient service for clients, to consider the wishes of our client at all times, and to give prospective purchasers all information and assistance to enable the sale to progress without delay.

Our team of the Directors, Sales and Lettings Staff and Admin staff all have specialty areas. Our Directors are from legal and finance backgrounds.

Jo Dodsley
Director
Nick's sister joined the business in April 2014 and is a Director of ND Holdings Limited (owner of ND Estates) effective from the 1st May 2014. She has a wealth of experience in the local finance industry and is now following a career change into the property world.
Jo is also Managing Director of ND Property Management.
Joyce Dodsley
Sales & Lettings Agent
Joyce has joined her husband Nick, and her sister-in-law Jo, in the family business following a career in Nursing and after that in administration. Joyce already has a good working knowledge of the business and joined us in September 2022. Joyce assists with all aspects of the business and also conducts both sales and lettings viewings. Joyce works principally with Nick.
Ailsa Trevor
Lettings & Management
Ailsa joined us in October 2019 in our Lettings & Management Department. She has specialised in Lettings for over 10 years and is well known in the local lettings market. Ailsa is pursuing the ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Exam in Lettings.
Wendy Cullinane
Receptionist & Admin
Wendy joined us in 2020 and is our front of house reception and provides admin services for ND Estates as well as ND Property Management Limited.
Rob Widlinski
Marketing & Photography
Rob joined us in September 2018 as our Marketing & Brand assistant. He also conducts the photography, graphics and animation side of our marketing. In addition to his marketing skills, he is our Drone operator and creates all our 360 tours for each of our marketed properties.
Rob also assists in the administration of our website. He is pursuing his Propertymark exams as a client-facing member of our team.
