Our sales service is designed to offer you the full Estate Agency service. Nick Dodsley has over 40 years of conveyancing and agency experience dealing with all values of residential and commercial property together with leases. In addition to Nick, our sales staff have over 60 years of combined experience. So you have an agency with expertise unrivalled by any other Estate Agency.
We will attend your property to provide a free verbal valuation. All of our agents have extensive property experience from the owner of the business through to all our sales staff. We will give you our assessment using comparable properties, and our historical data and we also use data from the Public Registry which is accessed on a weekly basis.
Our sole agency sale fee is 1% plus GST. Our multi-agency fee depends upon the number of other agents already instructed. All our fees are subject to GST currently at the rate of 5% on the fee. You will receive our full advertising service for your property.
When you instruct us to market your property, we will also, where applicable, look at your contract, where appropriate, and make you aware at an early stage of anything which may be an issue in respect of the boundaries of your property.
We use lots of photographs to tell the story of your home and its unique features. Whether you are selling or letting, we now include a 360 tour of the property hosted on our 360 portal. We include floor plans in our listings as standard.
We will conduct accompanied viewings around a property where the owner has granted us access to the property. The viewing will be arranged in conjunction with the owner of a property and will take place at a time which is suitable both to the owner and prospective viewer.
