Our service includes rental valuation and lettings advice, comprehensive advertising strategy with professional photography, 360 tours, floor plans, and digital mapping. Your property will be advertised via our website, Places, and Social Media.
We handle credit reference checks together with employment and previous Landlord references for tenants. We prepare the lease and negotiate tenancy terms for signature by the landlord and tenant.
We assist with registration for the tenant's deposit to be transferred via the Landlord's nominated bank account to the Jersey MyDeposit scheme. Landlords are legally responsible for ensuring the deposit is paid into the scheme.
We prepare the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report including Photographic Schedule to comply with the Residential Tenancy Condition Reports Jersey Order 2014.
We arrange Electrical and Gas Safety Checks to comply with the Rented Dwellings Minimum Standards and Prescribed Hazards Jersey Order 2018. Six monthly property inspections and annual boiler services are also arranged if required.
